Delivery

Free delivery applies to standard post for Sydney Metro area only. Express Post delivery options are available at an extra cost and can be selected at check out. Express delivery means that your order will be delivered faster once dispatched; processing time remains the same.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually the same or next business day, and dispatch operates Monday to Friday. We process orders as fast as possible, but dispatch can be delayed during peak sale times.

In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment. Orders are generally not split unless specifically requested.

However, once your order has been dispatched you can choose to have the courier Safe Drop your delivery. The courier will leave your parcel in a safe place on your premises, as per your instructions. In electing Safe Drop, you waive the right to claim non-receipt of your order if Australia Post can demonstrate delivery.

Authority to leave option: If you select the “ Authority to leave” option when checking out, if you do not leave a customer note on where to leave your parcel, the courier will leave your parcel on your front door. Please note rainbowbags and the courier company cannot not held responsible for lost and damaged deliveries after they have been dropped off.

Postcodes outside of the Australia Post Express Post network, and customers in country or regional areas may experience longer delivery timeframes.

Delays in postage are out of our’s control, but we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible.

If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to us, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs.

If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are at the same address.

Free delivery on orders over $100 for Sydney Metro area only
A flat rate of $10 applies to all shipping under $100 for Sydney Metro area only

Actual shipping fee will be chargeable around $20- $50/carton applied to all orders from outside of Sydney Metro area deliveres to Northern Territory and Western Australia. Remote and Outback locations will incur more than 50/carton shipping fee. Invoice including actual shipping fee will be issued at the time of order.

For remote/regional area and our side of Sydney Metro area - with our low prices, it is not possible to provide free shipping, so we will charge you actual shipping fee at the time of your order, this is apply for all area except Sydney Metro area, please contact us if you would like to discuss shipping to this area.

International delivery (outside of Australia)
Will be chargeable depend on weight/destination as per courier’s actual tariff

INSURANCE

At the point of reviewing your shopping cart, you can select if you wish to take out insurance against loss or damage during shipping.
Please note that if you are not covered by insurance and your package is lost or damaged in transit, we do not accept responsibility or liability for any damage or loss.

Returns Policy

You can return an item for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Products must be unused and in their original conditions with tag and sent back to Rainbowbags at the expense of the customer. Please include a copy of your receipt.

We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you need a different size or colour, or you want a different item, just place a new order. That way it will get to you quicker too!

We will refund the price you paid for your item, back to the original account used.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop or warehouse, so make sure your return is packed properly and can’t get damaged in transit. We recommend using registered post so that you can keep track of your parcel.

No return for change of mind is available on special request orders or when stock has been specifically obtained to meet your order.

When You Receive Your Order

We try to ensure all our products are shipped free from defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact rainbowbags and we will organise to have the item replaced. You need to advise us of any fault in a new product within 30 days of receiving your order, and please do not use the product.

Warranty Based Returns

Every product you purchase from rainbowbags comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects or faults. Warranty periods differ for different products, and start from the purchase date on your receipt.

Warranties do not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage from airlines and other carriers. We recommend that you check over your bag when retrieving it from a carrier, and if there is any damage, please report it to the airline or carrier at that time.

If a problem occurs with your purchase within its warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer or service centre for help with the issue. You can also contact rainbowbags for assistance, and your product can be returned to us for assessment of the fault at your cost. If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired and the item returned to you free of charge. In the case that no repair is possible, the item will be replaced or refunded.
